Vada Capital is a family owned private equity firm that was formed in 2001. Our portfolio includes service and retail businesses primarily in Alberta.

Dave Robson is the founder of Vada Capital and Veritas DGC Inc. (now CGGVeritas), a multinational geophysical company.  In 2002 Dave was Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Canada.   He is supported by a team of professionals with strong backgrounds in operations and finance.  Each member of our team brings specific skill sets and experience to Vada Capital in both public and private entities.
